SHIPPING POLICY

At Paws of Britain, we work hard to deliver 
your pet supplies quickly and reliably across 
the United Kingdom.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to all addresses within 
the United Kingdom, including England, 
Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business 
days after payment confirmation. Orders 
placed on weekends or public holidays will 
be processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping: 5-11 business days
Express orders from UK warehouse: 3-7 days

Please note that delivery times are estimates 
and may vary during busy periods such as 
Christmas and Bank Holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer FREE standard shipping on all 
orders over £30.

Orders under £30 may be subject to a 
standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you 
will receive a confirmation email with your 
tracking number. You can track your order 
using the Order Lookup page on our website.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via trusted UK carriers including:
- Royal Mail
- Amazon Logistics
- CJPacket UK

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within 15 
business days of dispatch, please contact 
us at support@pawsofbritain.co.uk and we 
will investigate immediately.

DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please 
contact us within 48 hours of delivery 
with a photo of the damaged item and we 
will send a replacement at no extra cost.
