HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard delivery to UK addresses takes 
3-11 business days depending on the 
product. Many of our products ship directly 
from our UK warehouse in 3-7 days.

IS SHIPPING FREE?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on 
all orders over £30.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is dispatched, you will 
receive a tracking number by email. You 
can also use our Order Lookup page on 
the website.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes! We have a 30-day return policy. 
Items must be unused and in original 
packaging. Contact us at 
support@pawsofbritain.co.uk to start 
a return.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED — WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact us within 48 hours at 
support@pawsofbritain.co.uk with a photo 
of the damaged item and we will send a 
replacement immediately.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, 
Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?
Currently we ship to UK addresses only.
